The main idea of the project was to reconcile the quality of life in a blocked house with a detached one. There are four fundamental points to slove this problem:
1. Houses are blocked by two, what helps to avoid a monotone front of the street. Also these houses are easier to percieve by their occupants than houses in the row of blocked building. Rooftops gradually fall in the yard, providing access to the sun.
3. Residents enter the house from their own plots, which are typical for individual buildings.
4. Plots are located to the side of houses and windows are located on two adjacent facade, what greatly enhances the illumination. On a plot, with its small size, there are a variety of spaces: an intimate courtyard and garden opened to the street. On the back wall the neighboring house is an open fireplace, that allows to use the yard as a place for barbecue.
