We often notice nothing except their primary function in engineering structures. However, there is so much beauty in strict geometry and poetry in the intricate composition. The Lower Mnevniki region is rich in amazing technological and engineering structures of the past and present centuries. The unexpected beauty in the geometry of engineering structures is again revealed in the design of the station Prospect Marshala Zhukova. We incorporate in the project the industrial monumentality which is embedded in the very DNA of the district. The inspiration and the main element of the design was drawn from the well-known engineering structure, used in the designs of the Zhivopisny Bridge and the Oktod Tower. In the interior of the station, the intricate structural drawing of the supporting structures plays the role of a permeable canvas that combines space with color and geometry. Lamps are built into the structural elements, creating the effect of a soaring structural element that flows into the columns with bright colors.

Having decided to deprive the engineering structure of its main function, we turn the frame into an element of decor, the industrial element into a symbol, strict geometry into a catchy pattern, a single, generalizing move to envelop the entire space of the interior of the hall, in scale as majestic as the other creations of the era.
